ThE ALL McDOnaLdS DiET...

If I had to compare my diet to the all McDonalds diet Morgan Spurlock had I believe mine was better because it was much healthy. I don’t think you can compare the all McDonalds diet that Morgan Spurlock had to anybody else’s because everything he ate was bad for him. Some foods and drinks that I had last Saturday what is typical was pizza, rice, gum, water, coke, 5 hour shot, and special drinks. Overall I don’t think the food I had last Saturday was a product of the Toxic Environment besides the pizza I had that day.

Agree or disagree

I disagree with the following statement that the residents of Double deuce should anonymously call the police to inform them of the goings on at their apartment complex. The reason why I disagree is if they do that they are just bring trouble to them self. If they interfere they are just bring problems to themselves.

Double Deuce

Double Deuce is a great book, once you start it you can’t stop. After reading the first couple of pages I got into it because you get to learn about the two characters and their moves and the way their relationship is towards each other which is a brother type of love. I really liked this Book. I believe Hawk is a believable Character. Everything he does is for a good reason. He is not scared of anything so this makes him a believable character. My favorite character is Hawk. The reason why is because he does whatever he wants to plus he shows that he's determined to find the killers of the teen mother and her infant.

My Life With A Kid...

The way my life would change if I had a child is it would make me have more responsibility. For example if I had a kid, well I will be financially challenged, I will be responsible for your child's sake, I will work harder and my view of life will change as I have a child to take care of I will learn to mature faster I guess. The way this will affect my school is I might work full time and still go to school fulltime at night, or I might take a semester or two off and work to earn a good amount of money to save for my child as a head start. The way this will affect my family’s life is in terms of money if they are willing to help me. My social life will be affected if I want my child to be raised properly because I have to quit all bad habits that I have adapted for the benefit and well being of my new child.

HALF THE STORY

One Quilt that stands out to me is THE PICTURE IS ONLY HALF THE STORY... by Deb Cashatt and Kris Sazaki. The quilt is a picture of President Obama. Some stuff from the quilt that stands out to me is the way they made his face out of words. By doing this it creates a unique type quilt. The words making his face are words that President Obama believe in and stand by for example some words where peace, freedom, change, yes we can, believe, and much more. The quilt had a lot of color to it. The main reason why I like this Quilt is it has a meaning to it, its just not a picture.

Hip Hop

The Hip Hop world has such a big influence on the young generation’s everyday life that it is shaping the minds of people. Personally I believe that rap music has influenced my life greatly. Some people use music to waste time and others use it and get inspired by it. All music songs have meanings. Some artists like Nas and Tupac put emotions and very sensitive lyrics in their songs. This makes people want to relate to them and become better people because music also educates people, too. For example Tupac Shakur music has influenced my life. He used his music to promote change in our world. He also used his music to illustrate the realities that people try to ignore everyday like racisms, freedom of speech, and pursuit of happiness. Tupac songs inspire people. It’s so ironic how the much older generation does not like rap and hip hop music. The older generation doesn’t know music is just not a way to pass time for all but it’s also a source of inspiration. Over all people should not forget the importance of music in our American society and how it is educating our young generation every moment.
